HOW TO ORDER:
When you click on the SHOP tab below your chosen product, you will be able to select your Friday "from" collection date (This is the date your order will be available to be picked up from 10.00am), so pick the Friday before your event, as well as the drop down menus and text box options to customise your labels. You can choose to have no labels, image only, font only, image and font etc. Labels are free so opting to have no labels does not change the price.
WANTING TO USE YOUR OWN BRANDING / LOGO?
In the checkout section - there is the link to upload your own custom logo. Please fill out after you've purchased, as you will be required to put in the order number you will receive on your receipt.

Collection for orders:

Orders are made weekly on Thursdays, ready for pick up from FRIDAY the following day from 10.00am (On date you select with your order)
Collection Hours: Daily 6:00am-9:00pm
* Once order is placed, there are generally no refunds. (Although, I do understand there can be special circumstances beyond our control, so please contact me for any situations / date changes etc. Orders cannot be cancelled from the Monday of the week of your collection date, as I would have already commenced preparation)
* Payments can be made via credit card
* Orders close on the Wednesday 6.00pm for same weekend pickup
* You will receive an automatic email receipt / confirmation of your order - please check your junk folder in case it pops up there!
* Please show receipt to staff when collecting your order - you may need to show ID.

Mini Rainbow Tubs - Six layers of different flavours in each tub (Please note, this option more expensive)
Cotton Candy Tub Shelf Life: Approx. 4 Weeks unopened. Although Sugar will not "expire" as such - the fluffiness of the cotton candy goodness will start to deflate after four weeks, which is why I will make your order fresh and ready on Thursdays for the weekend of your collection. Consume within 24 hours after opening. Keep tubs in room temperature / and not in excessive heat or fridges. And once you collect - please don't leave in your car for the day (Especially on warm / hot days!)
